help! serious challenges adding muscle

I am a newbie and I am considering and researching my first cycle to add muscle growth to my upper body as well as my legs! I am requesting some advice on first cycles for a newbie, with minimal side effects.
I am 5'9", weigh 125#, and have always been lean. I have a problem gaining weight and adding muscle. I have for the most part had a normal diet, and find myself eating more foods with protein, or like, to help achieving the goal I want. I do have a protein assimilation disorder in digesting certain foods, so that is something to consider. I work out at least 5 days a week.
Any help that you could lend my way would be superb!! Thanks.

I am starting fresh... but I have heard of Anavar, Winstrol or Primo as possible ones that would work. I am just trying to get a feel for things at this point, but I would like to start a cycle come May 1... and I am not sure what else is out there....

Hey Bo...good to see you up here.

Patterson....I'm her trainer and also write her diet, she came to me with questions and honestly, I don't have a clue about what Anabolics work best for women. Last thing she wants is to have a jaw like Chyna if you know what I mean:p

As to her diet more specificially,

Meal 1 (pre workout) Protein drink 25g or so
Meal 2 (post workout) Protein drink with oatmeal (or oat bran) and some Nlarge total protein 40g
Meal 3 mid-morning Various proteins, some carbs (sweet potato type)
Meal 4 Lunch Protein (turkey, chicken or tuna) sweet potatoes, veges
Meal 5 Protein drink sweet potato
Meal 6 (Dinner) Fish, chicken, turkey type protein, steamed veges, etc.
Pre-bedtime (sometimes) protein drink

Total day about 1800cal 150g protein.

Workout is MTTHF
Legs
Shoulders/Calves
Push (Chest, Tri)
Pull (Back, Bi)

Abs as needed (she's lean and already in good shape, her abs are the least of her worries).

Hope that helps.

looks like you need to eat more cals if you're bulking hon... :)

try at least 2500...

and if you plan to cycle i recommend anavar... SPA is the way most peeps are going these days from the sounds of it.

lol i'm probably going by memory that is far too fuzzy then.. doh!

i did ip and it was good imo, but one has to be careful with that stuff of course...

i've been extremely busy catching up on schoolwork.. still catching up actually.

missed ya too hon

bb-babe,

sounds like your training routine is for cutting. lots of the ladies here don't do much, if any, cardio while trying to bulk. and, yes, definitely up those cals.

i was at 1400 - 1600 while cutting recently, and i am only 5'4" :)

I agree 100% with smallmovesal. That looks like a cutting diet to me. I also don't see any fat in there. Of course, always consult with your trainer because you wouldn't want to insult them by changing your diet behind their back ;) But I will be so bold as to say it's frivolous to consider AAS at this stage until you've tried just plain old more food.

How long have you been weight training?? And what is your "protein assimilation problem"?

Her trainer is right here......;)

I referred her to the board for further information. I agree with the diet elevation, she's concerned she'll fill out too much in the waist and has gotten to a great competitive size/dimension. At this point, she just needs some serious filling out in the overall muscle/bulk area.

So, if we up her diet 600 cal, what would be the best "chemistry" to add to her regimen if she choose to go that way (I think that was her first question)?

Ciao!
