Help! Problem with high or low estrogen?

My friend and I are taking our first cycle of test cyp only. The first few days after injecting 250, we both noticed a higher libido and constant boners that were a lot better than off cycle. After around 6 days i noticed a big DECREASE in both libido and getting hard. The 7th day we injected 500 (2 cc's). I'm on day 10 now and getting an erection is really difficult, and if i do get one its no where as good as it was even before starting the cycle. My friend is having the same issue.
From what I gathered this seems like a problem with my estrogen levels. I'm not taking an AI so I would think my estrogen levels are too high and I'll start taking Adex asap. However, I also began having real dry lips, which people say is due to low estrogen levels. Some other minor sides i noticed are mood swings and lack of energy. Is it possible to have too low of estrogen levels from just test when not taking an AI? & if possible, how do you even fix that? Help would be real appreciated.

You need a blood panel to know where your E2 is. They are cheap. Then you will know how to dose your AI. Unless your an experienced user and you know you don't have E2 issues, you should be taking an AI from day 1. Then you dial in your dose with a few blood panels. The only way you would have too low of E2 would be too high of an AI dose with Exemastane, for example.

It sounds like your estrogen levels are too high. You won't know unless you go get blood work.

You could, but you are going to waste valuable cycle time trying to figure out what works. Do an E2 blood panel for $50. See where your E2 is. Dose your AI for a week. Do another panel, see where your E2 is. Etc.... Thats how you dial in. Then in the future you will know how to dose without blood panels. You don't want to just guess at dosing an AI when you don't know if your E2 is low or high. But I'm sure you will anyways. So dose it at 1mg EOD and see how you feel. Back off as needed. When you hit your sweet spot, you will wake up with rock hard erections everyday and libido will be thru the roof. Thats how you will know.

You are running high levels of an aromatising compound without an AI. There is NO WAY you have low estrogen. It is probably through the roof, and why you have libido and ED issues. You should have never started without running an AI. Get some aromasin and run that. It also helps with libido as well

Get some lab work done. Only way to know for sure and how to treat.

I would argue thats not the only way but is the sure fire way. I'm in a position where it is almost impossible for me to get labs. With a lot of trial and error I've settled on 6.25mg aromasin every other day for 200mg/weekly of test. For 500mg/week I'd suggest starting with 12.5mg aromasin every other day and see how you feel. You will have to wait a while though, as no AI will do anything to the high E thats already in your system, it will only stop the test from aromatizing more and adding to it. You will have to give it at least a week for the E in your system to run its course.

One thing I am wondering though is why you started injecting 250 then switched to 500. Are you following a plan or going "by feel". For your first run you should be keeping things simple. Know that unlike orals injectable testosterone (and AI's) take time for the levels to build and you should not be chasing results. Pick a plan, stick to it, and see how you feel after a few weeks. Personally I'd stick to 500mg test cyp, 12.5mg aromasin EOD for 10-12 weeks.

yes too high or too low of estrogen will both create side effects bro.

This, and def get bloodwork as others stated. There would never be a case of low estrogen unless you were actually using an AI and too much of it.

I live in NJ and can't get any labs & it's pretty clear high estrogen is most likely the problem here. I have liquid Adex at hand rn. So what would you guys suggest as a starting dose? .25 eod and go up from there?

& is there any other way to get blood work?
