Help Please - Critique a Cycle (and help with diet and cardio)

I know someone who is planning the following cycle. His stats are 250 and 20% bf. His goal is to be 250 and 15% bf. In other words he wants to maintain his current weight but change is body composition by losing 12.5 lbs of fat and putting on 12.5 lbs of lean mass. Let's assume he knows what he's doing regarding PCTso he keeps NET 12.5 lbs of lean mass post-PCT.

dbol: 50 mg/ED, 8 weeks.
sus250: 750 mg/wk at peak, 8 weeks.
test prop: 75 mg EOD for 8 weeks.
T3: based onBBT, not >100mcg/day,weeks 2-7
Fem: 0.5 ml ED, 10 weeks.
HCG: 250iu 2x/week through cycle, 500 2x/wk for 2 wks PCT.

He lifts for full body symmetry, 4 ON, 1 OFF.

Question#1: How much cardio? None or 3x-5x week? (I've heard it all).

Question#2: Diet. I assume he will eat 2 gms protein per lb of lean mass or about 400-450 gms/day. Should he be minimizing carbs and fat or what? I think the theory is that the test will help preserve mass while dieting ('protein sparing'). But can he restrict overall calories from fats and carbs while keeping protein high and gain muscle while losing fat with this Test+T3 combo?

His goals can be met by cutting out 50-75% of those drugs. If you need over a gram of test per week and 50mg/day of dbol just to drop 5% bodyfat, then you're not doing something right. And cardio is an individual thing. Some people need a lot of cardio, while others dont really have to do any.
 
Well, to be fair, he DOES want to gain as much muscle as possible while dropping fat%. So goal is not "just to drop 5% bodyfat". If he could gain 25 lbs mucle and drop 15 lbs of fat then that would be preferable. Hence, the need for the 50-75% of the drugs you would have him cut out. I hope this makes more sense to you.

I don't really know what to tell him because I always bulk first, then diet but I must not be doing something right myself because I think I lose too much muscle along with the fat when I diet. But I never diet while juicing. I hope he's on to something trying to gain lean mass and drop fat simultaneously. Thoughts anyone else?

As for cardio, you hear people say to do zero cardio while on-cycle. I think he can do as much as he wants and still gain mass if he eats right and gets enough rest otherwise.

I don't think he's going to get away with gaining MUCH muscle but he could use the cycle to help keep his current LBM and possibly put on a few pounds of muscle while dropping fat. Putting on 25lbs of muscle and dropping 15lbs of fat would be quite an achievement, one i dont think he's going to get close to, just kinda unrealistic from a single cycle.

I agree.....Losing 5% bodyfat should not be that hard, it can de done on a simple Test Prop and arimidex cycle.....

losing 5 % body fat can be achieve with a whole lot less gear and proper diet and training...i dont know if youd wanna take 50mgs of dbol ed for 8 weeks either....my liver hurts just thinking about it.....id drop the dbol all together, take the prop for the first 4 weeks only and extend the sust out to 12 weeks..thats just me though, good luck!
 
LOL at that high of a bodyfat I would say drop it down five% without gear then hit the gear. It should be easy to drop that amount of bodyfat seeing as you have a high bodyfat already. You'll be wasing most of the gear just b/c you'lll have to go on a restricted diet and that will be a waste with that much gear.
 
I hope this guy has insurance for a nice funeral. I hope he is not leaving behind a lovely wife and some kids who will cry because their Daddy blew up on drugs.

Now .... Go on a diet of NO fast carbs, lots of complete proteins (eggs, meat/fish/fowl), and veggies. De-caf and water for fluids. No sugar, no flour products and no fruit. The fat will fall off him.

Add 6-10 mgs p/day or 100 p/week injection of gear.

Do 30 minutes of bike before workouts of push/legs/pull/rest.

At the end of 30-60 days, he will have dumped fat and water, added muscle and feel like a mil$$ with great numbers on his blood test. People will be shocked at his new, admireable appearance.
