Help out a NEWB! (To this forum...I'm not an an internet Newb though ) :-D

Hello all, and I'm glad I found this place...hopefully I can find the information I'm looking for from all you wonderful people on here. I apologize in advance for the long post, but any help will be greatly appreciated! I dont want to fudge something up with myself in my life, so thats why I'm here...To begin with, I will post my Newb information:

1 - Age: 23
2 - Lifting History: I've been lifting consistently for the past 8 months, but I'm not a total beefy bodybuilder, I do it to stay in shape. I run too, and I am in pretty good shape!
3 - Height: 6'2
4 - Weight: Between 205-210
5 - Estimated BF%: I dont have an exact number, but from how I look, I am not cut up, but I am not a "fat guy" either...I have a pretty slim waist (34 pants) but I have a little chub around my belly and my boobs but its not like I have a Tony Soprano gut or anything like that, and I have a "ghetto booty" lol (but like I said, not a "fat guy")
6 - Diet: Take a multi vitamin every day, take whey protein everytime Im done lifting, eat sensibly, but I dont watch what I eat or anything serious like that, I drink like a fish on the weekends LOL
7 - Goals: For one, NOT to get enormous or anything like that...I just want to get some "rips" and "cuts" I guess you can say, with a harder body. I am tall and sort of slim, but I have chub on my body, and even though I have been working out pretty good for the past 8 months or so, I still dont have a "hardness" to me. I guess I want a "swimmers body" if that makes sense.
8 - Proposed cycle: The reason I'm here? Information on Winstrol! (Winny)
Was wondering if a guy with my body type would see the results I'mlooking for or not...meaning, will I just get more chubbiness? I know its important to work out, which I will have no problem doing. I just dont want to gain all this extra weight if I were to take Winny. I also know that it doesnt have estrogen qualities, so do I really have nothing to worry about as far as man boobs go? Like I said, I'm not lookin to get huge, just see a few results without getting fat. I'm not looking to stack anything, I'm just looking to take Winny by itself for an extra kick.

Give us some more info. about your diet. That is more important than anything. Diet needs to be dialed in for you to get the results you are looking for.
 
Diet, Training, Cardio, Drugs... in that order of importance.

If you take winny "to get cut up" while crash dieting... you'll most likely rebound and gain it all back very quickly.

I suggest you learn to eat "clean" as we say, and get a solid lifting program under your belt you'll see more results than you ever have with some guidance.
 
and as far as my diet goes, like i said, i dont really follow anything specific, but i also dont eat fast food, no pop, sugars, and i probably eat about 2500 calories a day...i understand your points on how imporatant dieting is, and i'm not looking for an easy way out right here, like many people do

i was just wondering what kind of effects would i expect if i were to take winny, and if i would balloon more and get a belly and/or man boobs
 
to answer the question Winny does have the effects you are looking for but the advice already given is def the best way to go. Follow a clean diet for a while with some cardio/lifting and cycle 6 months from now with some Winny and you'll look great
 
so youre saying wait about 6 months, then start the winny cycle?

also, what do you experts consider a "clean" diet anyways? (besides the obvious no snacks and filth lol)
 
this is going to come off as a shamless plug but I think AIFM would do more for you than you have any idea.

It helps with natty estrogen which sounds like it's a problem for you, as is an issue with myself... it'll take off some of the bloat and help you lean out by getting rid of some water you're holding.

And you won't risk loosing your hair... as can be the case with Winny, dbol and some other orals.
