Help on starting 1st time steroids

Hello,, I'm new to steroids i never took it before. I'm24, 5ft'5inch , 60kg. Which will be good starter for me ? Dbol alone or stack with deca or other? Please suggest me how to start good. Thank u. :)
 
Your going to want to run a short oral cycle bro.

Personally if it was me, i would run a test only cycle at 500mg per week... You should see amazing gains in strength, appearance, and fat loss.. Very basic and simple as well as your pct... I would keep it to 1 Anabolic until you asses your tolerance for sides.... You def. dont need to run dbol and deca as your first cycle.... Can you say no dick....

Just friendly advice here man but you are not even close to ready begin cycling AAS,this is not a game and you can really mess yourself up(permantly in alot of cases)by not having proper knowledge and taking proper precautions when dealing with these compounds.The long term effects and damage your going to do to yourself if you start now with the VERY limited knowledge you have are not worth it.If your looking for some quick size and strength I recommend you hit GNC or needtobuildmuscle.com and experiment with creatines,PHs,and natural test boosters all the while you can still be seeing results and researching AAS,build your knowledge then decide what cycle and PCT is approiate for you.Good Luck.
 
PCT is a protocol taken to get your testes producing their own testosterone... Personally, you dont need any AAS, coming from the lack of information, you dont train very much either. People that are new to the gym and see someone they wanna look like need to understand that most gym rats and magazine Sponsered BB have been juicing for 10+ years and have been lifting for 15-20+....

Anytime you introduce a synthtetic version of test (their are three types of synthetic AAS available and all will shut you down...Test Based, DHT Based, and 19 Nor Based, and these are how you classify steroids) your body will rely on you to keep test fueling your body. This is why we use Test as a base to every cycle. As these synthetics hit the blood stream and the body relizes that their is an outside source, your body will stop producing its own. And while this may not serve a problem while using AAS, it will def present a problem when the AAS is gone. Once your body flips the switch "off", it does not just recognize and turn it back on. This can take months and sometimes even years to get back to normal depending on the individual) This is where PCT comes in.

PCT is a protocol used to jump start the testes to get producing normal levels of Test.... Relistaically, the faster the body starts producing its own test again, the more of your gains your body will retain.... There are several different PCT's available depending solely on the compounds used... PCT is way more important than the juice bro... you should research it and become knowledgable before cycling.

Trust me! I beleive anyone would agree that any Joe Blow Gym rat can gain 25lbs on a cycle, but retaining all 25 lbs from your cycle is much more important in my eyes. Dont be that guy that everyone used to look like because it was so noticable that you cycled....Personally, you are not ready for steroids... You need to maximize your training and gain all your natural weight before considering.....

you are 132 pounds.. granted you are just 5' 5" ... still 132 pounds is damn skinny which tells me you definately do not have any workout history and you are not eating correctly. don't make the mistake of juicing as a newb, especially deca.

you will need to research a lot before and put on atleast 30 pounds... for your height i would not juice until you got up to 160-165 minimum without putting on a ton of fat

Thank u so much, i'm not starting yet just asking suggestion how to start good. Yes, i'm not at the stage of steroid yet. I'm Searching more n getting knowledge on steroids. I join this site cuz here are so many experienced peoples. I'M NEW TO STEROIDS. I need your help on this guys. Apologize for my grammatical mistakes.
 
Ppl should stop giving cycle advice. He doesn't even have the basic fundamentals down. Research bro. Get a few yrs of lifting under your belt.
 
like i said above. we can help you with your workouts and dieting. this is where you need help. those forums are where you should be.

i put up an excellent thread in the weightlifting forum on a push/pull/leg workout that will cover every muscle from head to toe.. and also in the diet section there are some excellent posts on nutrition. I will be putting one up soon detailing both anabolic diets and catabolic diets but there are plenty of good ones.

also deca is not a starter steroid. so don't even bother researching it. research dbol, beastdrol, primo.. first cycle should be short as well. stick around and do more reading, check out the sticky's. ask questions.

If i were u honestly n this is me n what i would do so dnt take it as me tellin u what to do, i would start with an oral cycle, research the hell outta it before u start it n kno everything there is to kno bout it n jus kno what u r taking isnt a joke. N as far as pct, everytime someone mentions a cycle on here the first thing that gets asked is "whats ur pct?" thats cuz most these guys take MULTIPLE cycles n NEED a pct n u wouldnt need one for years if u build up like ur post to.

Sorry dude but this is terrible advice. He has no clue to anything aas relates or what pct is even. Even with an oral on cycle he still needs pct. he needs to build a solid base get his diet down right (which alone will prob add up to 20lbs on him over a little bit of time with proper training). A lot more research needs to be done before even considering touching aas.

The reason we ask about PCT is because it's MORE important than the cycle itself......recommeding no PCT is absurd...

I could be corrected with this, but your sill young and you may want to push the testosterone that you already have before starting steroids. But if you're gonna do it anyway start slow and don't get crazy. they are easy to get addicted to because you will not make the same kind of gains without them,frustration will win out, and you will be right back on them.

I would say Testosterone Enanthate is good to start with. "typically a 200 to 400mg injection is taken on a weekly basis" I say Ethinate because will not usually not give you boobs.

You will want to get clomid too, so you can bring your natural testosterone back up after your cycle. I don't think you will need to take Nolvadex toward the end of your cycles with the Testosterone Enanthate, but you may want to get some of that too just in case you ever start to show symptoms.

Testosterone Enanthate would work best with Real HGH, but it has been deemed very illegal and is very expensive and hard to get.

here is a good beginners stack, they can be purchased already mixed which saves you a ton of money. there are two variations. You will want the Nolvadex, and clomid with these.

I recommend the on with estosterone Propionate, Drostanolone Propionate, Trenbolone Acetate.
"The effective dosage for the stack 150 (as recommended by the manufacturers) is 150-300mg every 1 – 3 days." Probably less side effects

I still use this one-- Deca(Nandrolone Undecanoate), Sustanon(Testosterone Compound),Trenbolone Acetate "beginners/intermediate is 1ml to 2 ml a week" Some say no deca with Sustanon, but I've been cycling this for a while and it works great for me. I'm at the point were I take 3ml. Only one shot a week with this one!

You can buy these pre-mixed, It saves you a lot of money.

It sounds like you are going to do them anyway. Truthfully, the best advice is to listen to these guys and research. While steroids can be done safely, you would be surprised what you can do with out them with only what you have. Your testosterone levels are probably around 800-1000 as is. taking in a lot of Creatine, steak, chicken, an salad, and proper gym technique will do more for you right now than roids will. Look at the crap you have go through when you make the jump. Also remember when you stop it all goes away.

Don't bring hgh up to this dude. He doesn't know what a pct is. That shit would fuck him up for life. It's also pretty easy to get If u don't go through some clown at ur local gym and get ur gear urself. Just the most expensive shit I've seen. I'd have to take out a loan to run a cycle of that stuff.

Yeah, forget the HGH you don't need it at your age. You could end up with Parkinson's disease. Sorry, Sometimes I forget not everyone is as old as me.

I was on HGH for a year straight under a rejuvenation Doc ... I know just what you mean. I could have bought a house.

you aren't gonna become mr olympia by running steroids. it doesn't work like that.

again I answered your question above. get your diet and training down first. you been training for 2 years and you are only 130 pounds so you are doing a lot wrong. i have a good workout in my signature and in the weightlifting section to get you started. LEGS, LEGS, LEGS. this is where you can gain the most from quickly.

and your diet needs to get upgraded. I can put you on an anabolic diet if you would like, and some supplements like creatine, whey protein can help too but i want you to learn to eat first before anything.

lots of carbs, cals, protein with every meal. every 2 hours. you don't have to eat sugars to get carbs... there are a lot of healthy carb choices.. wheat or multigrain breads/pasta's/cereals, salmon, grass fed beef, hormone free chicken, cage free eggs, organic pancakes/waffles with honey. do you even eat breakfast? i bet you don't. need to get in a lot of carbs right off the bat in the morning if you are bulking up. i would say reduce your cardio to zero as well until you get your weight up
