Hey guys, I need help working on a diet plan to stick to regularly. My stats are as followed:
22 years old
6ft 1 178lbs 16% body fat
I am looking to add size and get to 200lbs while decreasing body fat to 8-10% . My work schedule is tues-sat from 11 a.m-7 pm. I work out 4-5 days a week in the morning around 9 a.m. What kind of diet plan should I focus on to reach my goals. I will start my day at 8 am so from then on if anyone can construct a diet plan that will be very helpful.
8am-- oatmeal, egg whites, toast?....ect
9am-10:30- gym
10:30- whey protein shake
11am work
lunch around 3pm
