Bodybuilding food supply list:
Eggs
Oats
brown rice
Fruit
Sweet Potato
Russet Potato
Vegetables
Chicken
Beef
Greek Nonfat yogurt
Almonds, nuts etc
Olive oil
Turkey
You need to start eating these foods 5 times a day. Just eating 3 sandwhiches a salad and some eggs aint gonna cut it.
Here is my typical diet layout. Now you tell me if you are eating like something that eats alot.

12 eggs
2 whole eggs
1.5 cup oats
.5 cup pineapple
Meal 2
10 oz sweet potato
10 oz white fish

2 scoops whey
1 apple
2 russet potatos
or 4 scoops carnivore mass with a banana and peanut butter

2 Cups brown rice
10 oz steak
