Well I'm naturally an mesomorph/ectomorph and I feel pretty big for my size I take multi vitimins everyday and i eat like a thing that eats a lot. And I workout three times a week and take protein powder right after + I'm always hydrated
Change your diet. Your too small to think aas is going to change you. Eat quality.
Well I don't have access to all these heathly food you body builders seem to take yea I eat a salad every day maybe 6-8eggs in the morning and breads + 3 chicken or tuna sandwiches and alot of mixed nuts and I've been training for every now, I'm trying to up my wrestling game to the next level and I need sumthing to help me with that cause what I'm doing now is keeping me were I'm at (I also don't have alot of time)
Well that's not all I eat just the healthiest stuff (and thanks for the food list)

Walmart has all the foods a body builder will ever need.
Bodybuilding food supply list:
Eggs
Oats
brown rice
Fruit
Sweet Potato
Russet Potato
Vegetables
Chicken
Beef
Greek Nonfat yogurt
Almonds, nuts etc
Olive oil
Turkey
You need to start eating these foods 5 times a day. Just eating 3 sandwhiches a salad and some eggs aint gonna cut it.
Here is my typical diet layout. Now you tell me if you are eating like something that eats alot.
Meal 1
12 eggs
2 whole eggs
1.5 cup oats
.5 cup pineapple
Meal 2
10 oz sweet potato
10 oz white fish
Workout
Post workout
2 scoops whey
1 apple
2 russet potatos
or 4 scoops carnivore mass with a banana and peanut butter
Meal 3
2 Cups brown rice
10 oz steak
Meal 4
2 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice
2 cups green beans
Meal 5
10 oz fish
1 russet potato
Meal 6
2 cups greek yogurt
1 scoop whey
Meal 7
2 scoops anabolic whey
2 scoops casein
