I am just getting ready for my first helladrol cycle and been doing a lot of research with mixed reviews. all help and input would be appreciated.
im 30 years old and have been hitting weights off and on for about 10 yrs.
1 week n2guard prep
helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
n2guard 1-6
turine as directed
HCGenerate ES not sure about when?

HCGenerate ES should i also take it here?
forma stanzol 3-10 5 pumps am/pm then taper down to 3 pumps am/pm by week 10
nolvadex 40/40/20/20 week 7-10 if i have forma stanzol do i need this?
DAA as directed (do i need this if taking the hcg?
4 liters water every day
100% gold standard whey protein after training
creatine mirco mono before and after training
5 day training schedule
mon chest/triceps
tues back/biceps
wed shoulders/forearms
thur legs/abs
fri either cardio or full upper body
sat/sun rest
my diet will also be around 3000 calories of animal proteins, complex carbs, poly/mono fats, veggies, fruits ect. (5-6 meals per day)
this is just a rough plan that i need some experienced help with to get the best result i can!!
