Help needed for first time HRT cycle

We need to be clear , first the issue you brought up was "worms" and now were'

You need to go back in read. I said gut bugs and later stated "There are a whole slew of fungi, bacteria and worms". I was no where focused on worms.

He isnt complaining about any of those symptoms though. The symptoms you list sounds like an immune / allergy issue. I agree he should get skin prick testing done. This is why I brought up the food intolerance issue especially gluten. Anyway the symptoms he DID complain about are.

32 year old male I havent been feeling well for a while and have lost a lot of muscle and energy and gained a bunch of fat , especially in belly. and i have other symptoms too like profuse sweating from just walking, feeling hot flashes, bad sleep, stress, anxiety, etc..

Exactly my point and what I said above. If he still doesnt feel right after taking test and such its time to look deeper. Not feeling well, fatigue and wait gain or trouble loosing weight are ALL symptoms of various gut bugs for the reasons I listed above, they all tax your system and have an effect on adrenals which in turn affects everything else.

It could be an infection especially looking at the sweating , but it could also be the adrenal issue. Hard to say from that list
Once again, all of the gut issues affect the adrenals because they stress the system. Adrenal issues usually dont just happen, they are a side effect of something else, lifestyle, diet, gut bugs etc.

The easy answer for bad flora would be yogurt or probiotics. As I stated previously astralagus and garlic could help kill h pylori or other bad flora if it is indeed the issue. But those 2 herbs are also anti fungal and anti viral so those issues could be helped as well, not just for h pylori
Help yes, but none of that alone is going to get ride of h pylori or candid for example. H pylori lives mostly in the stomach, probiotics dont so they are of little help. Probiotics are a given but not a cure. If you have candida issue most of the gut landscape is already occupied giving the probiotics no where to attach. A lot of naturopaths have various methods of getting something like candid under control but its never as easy as just taking a couple sups and calling it good.

I have had H.Pylori eradicated from 2009 or so..
I was taking strong probiotics for a couple of weeks but stopped. I dont know if i have a true cadida issue,.. my doc says most people think they do but dont.
I do have on/off constipation and diarrhea issues. I DO have fatty liver. I DO have raised ALT, but i bought a product called perfect cycle from Athletic extreme and WOW it really does work better than just milk thistle alone. This stuff got my ALT in normal levels.
The extreme heat/hot flashes body temp changes with sweating does seem to happen more when im anxious but again.. i dont know if its anxiety causing this or the low T that is causing it..

I guess in the end I have no choice but to start the Test at 30mg for the first 2 weeks and if needed, go to 60mg a day.
Within a month i should know whether its helping or not.
Another thing i got to start before the test is accutane cuz i use to suffer from acne real bad when i was a teen and it settled a bit and im afraid it will come back if i start using the Test.
Which makes me wonder, if my test is low, why do i still get oily skin? maybe too much of my test has been converted to DHT?
is there a test for DHT?

thanks for all the help guys

Not saying you have any gut bugs but they can also cause skin issues. The reason docs say people think they have stuff but dont is because the tests mosts docs use arent very accurate and h pylori can also not show on a test, even a good one. Those that are in the practice of destroying it know there are a hald a dozen other markers to look for even if an H pylori test is negative. They treat and try and bring the other marker in line and test again and then h pylori shows up. It can be a very tricky thing to get rid of. The normal triple therapy used is only about 70% effective and also kills off good bacteria leaving the door open for other problems like candida.

Probiotics rarely if every get rid of anything on their own. They are supposed to supplement the good bacteria we kill off by taking various meds etc. They really should be used all the time to maintain levels of good bacteria.

All I am saying is that the system wide inflammation cause by gut bugs can wreak havoc on your system so if things just dont seem "right" then its worth digging deeper on your own or with the help of someone who specializes in gut bugs, which generally is not your normal doctor.
