Help needed (Bulking)

OK here's the deal. I'm 6'1 15yrs old around 160lbs. I'm looking to put a lot of weight on but I really don't know what to eat. I do know that i should eat about 4-6 meals a day and I need 160g protein but I'm not sure about carbs or fats or what to eat post and pre workout. At the minute I don't eat too much i would say less than 1500 cals a day i'm only eating when im hungry and I need to get this bulking diet sorted out so I can start properly training.

ANY help is appreciated and my msn address is [email protected] if anybody is willing to.

If you can get your parents to goto a health food store, get them to buy some psyllium husks and take 1 tablespoon in water morning and night. That will help keep your digestive system working properly and there cheap. As hard as it is mate your body is still growing so hit the gym and do moderate weights (not too heavy), eat healthy, keep reading the weight lifting and diet forums and over time keep adjusting your diet and training with what you learn. Remember results come from being dedicated and putting in the time at the gym and eating good :)
