Help! need advice

Hi Everyone! I need some serious help. About 6 years ago I started doing the Firm. I'm not sure how familiar you guys are with the workout, but it's a mixture of heavy weights, light weights, and cardio. Well, I had great results and lost 45 pounds but by two years later I had gained all of the weight back due to bad eating habits. Now I'm ready to lose the weight again but this time my body is already accustomed to my workout routine. I need something new to boost my metabolism, and I'm just not sure what to do!!! I'm a full-time college student so I'm pressed on time, and don't exactly have the means to eat a well balanced diet. I notice that a lot of new workout routines are coming out but they all sound too good to be true, and seem way to easy to work. So if anyone has some advice I'd really appreciate it!! :worried:

About the workouts, if you read a lot of posts on this board, people recommend some different workouts. Personally, I love one of the most recent workouts Daisy posted (I can't find the thread, but I'll write it out for you... It went something like this... If it's not this exactly, my apologies, but that is what I have been doing lately and I love it.):

Monday: Back/Tris
Tuesday :HIIT Cardio
Wednesday: Chest/Bis
Thursday: HIIT Cardio
Friday: Legs/Shoulders
Saturday: HIIT Cardio
Sunday: Off

As far as being a college student and eating well, figureskater and I can both prove you wrong!!! I have been into bodybuilding since I started college and manage to eat as clean as a whistle 90% of the time. It's all about dedication. You have to WANT IT! I eat out of my car all day long. I pack ALL of my 6-8 meals for the following day the night before. I run to my car in between classes or carry meals with me. Case in point: There is no excuse for not eating healthy!!!
