Hi Everyone! I need some serious help. About 6 years ago I started doing the Firm. I'm not sure how familiar you guys are with the workout, but it's a mixture of heavy weights, light weights, and cardio. Well, I had great results and lost 45 pounds but by two years later I had gained all of the weight back due to bad eating habits. Now I'm ready to lose the weight again but this time my body is already accustomed to my workout routine. I need something new to boost my metabolism, and I'm just not sure what to do!!! I'm a full-time college student so I'm pressed on time, and don't exactly have the means to eat a well balanced diet. I notice that a lot of new workout routines are coming out but they all sound too good to be true, and seem way to easy to work. So if anyone has some advice I'd really appreciate it!!
