If i can push 30+ sets for 3RM on compounds and choose to do the same for secondary muscles, is this ok? As in can i take the total number of sets to failure (not reps to failure) but sets to failure?
Yeah? Training power here, nothing over 4 reps. Doesn't matter how many hours it takes, is this ok as long as i'm taking something to prevent catabolism?
