Hey, I've been working out for a few months now and im trying to gain some lean muscle. Im six feet tall and 168lbs. I got a bit of fat on my belly that I wanna get rid of. I don't know anything about dieting. I been eating alot of turkey for protein, but I still eat fatty fast foods or steaks. So what do I need to be healthy, Im hoping not the 5 servings of fruit and vegetables and that crap. How many calories should i eat and is it possible to lose fat on my gut yet still build muscle? Ive noticed that my belly has been bloating out alot lately and i dont know why, im pretty thin but i look fat in the middle. arg.
