Saw this about 5 years ago and can't remember the name.
It is a "cage" type. It has pegs/slots in the front like a standard free weigh power rack.
Here is what is different. The bar is a standard bar attached to a cable at both ends. It is a free motion bar. You can turn it, swing it, etc... not like a smith machine on a fixed path, you can literally move it in any direction. Now the bar is designed so you can spot yourself. If you are in a position to where you can't move the weight, you simply let go of the bar. (haha no joke.) Some how it has "sensors" on the bar that detect when you release it and it locks immediately right where it is. You can use it for any exercise that you use a standard olympic bar for.
