help i've become too big

Maybe it is time to quit lifting and move on to a more positive....meaniful.....spirtual........and peaceful........like YOGA....or maybe ballroom dancing???? It will keep you centered and from gaining any more SIZE:D
 
ok i've refined my routine...

i'm going to do hatha yoga instead of jogging and i'm going to go for walks with small hand weights.

that should do it, hey? maybe if i stop eating so much protein i'll lose some of this excess muscle...

help!

Ooooooh Nooooooo! I've heard from other women that walking with those little weights can REALLY bulk you up :D (they all know of "someone" it happened to)

Maybe you should forget the hand weights and pump your arms really fast.
 
good idea i might burn more calories that way while also not risking those dreaded lumps and bumps on my arms from too much heavy lifting. :lmao:
 
This is a joke, right?? What I would give to be 112 and muscular!!!! Keep up the great work and if I catch you with pink dumbbells, you will be wearing them permanently!!!!;)
