Maybe it is time to quit lifting and move on to a more positive....meaniful.....spirtual........and peaceful........like YOGA....or maybe ballroom dancing???? It will keep you centered and from gaining any more SIZE
Ooooooh Nooooooo! I've heard from other women that walking with those little weights can REALLY bulk you up (they all know of "someone" it happened to)
Maybe you should forget the hand weights and pump your arms really fast.
