Help! I'm in need of some guidance on using Clen.

I am a female currently struggling with losing 50lbs (fat). I moderately exercise regularly and have decent diet and am prepared to make the needed adjustments in my diet and exercise (eat clean, no alcohol, lots of water etc). In the past I would eat extremely healthy (clean) but get hardly any results. I am sick of carrying this weight and someone told me to try Clen. After researching a LOT I have decided to try a cycle to start. Now I am faced with the questions of where can I get this in a high quality form (specifics) and how should I take it? I want to do this as healthy as possible and hopefully eliminate or limit side effects. Also, what are some realistic expectations of results I should have for the first cycle or 2? I'm 32 and have no major health problems. Also should I take something with it or is clen good on its own? Thanks in advance for any help!

There is no safe way to use clen. It's by far one of the more dangerous performance enhancers there are. The strain on the heart isn't worth it unless your competing on a high level. To just simply lose weight your best bet is to eat clean and exercise more. Increase your intensity when your training and doing cardio. There is a big difference in squatting to complete your reps and squatting till you wanna puke or do. The later is the kind of intensity it takes to illicit drastic changes over time, and the former is what most do and why they don't progress. You also have to realize that making significant changes takes time. Expecting to lose 50 lbs in 6 weeks isn't gonna happen in most cases. And doing so is not healthy or smart. There are some good fat burners that are a lot safer then clen and effective. Ntbm makes a couple that are great, like n2burn and n2flame. Once again, I highly advise against the clen and hope you make the right choice. Good luck.

Thank you both for taking the time to respond. I am still looking for varying views on this. All helpful input is welcome and VERY appreciated. I'm hoping to get some of my questions answered. Thanks again.

i have run clen and once it was built up in my system experienced daily heartburn that would have me bed ridden. i also experienced shakes.. the results were not worth that.

i recommend getting with someone and having them set you up with a full plan on getting things going in the right direction without the use of drugs.. you are welcome to PM me for one on one help.

Any knowledgeable person here is going to give you the same advice as joe.

You need to train more intensely (moderate intensity is not going to cut it) by doing resistance training with weights as well as stair mill for cardio.

You also need to eat better, you won't get anywhere without diet.

Clen literally kills cardiac muscle, this form of muscle will never regrow and you will be setting yourself up for problems in the future.

You also can't expect to just lose 50lbs, it is a long process that takes time and patience. Aim to lose 2lbs a month at the very least but you could easily lose up to 4 per week if your really have 50lbs to lose.

Well, I feel completely defeated and stuck. It sounds like a bad idea from all this input. I really don't know what to do. I have almost no uninterrupted time. The only time I have is extremely early and even that is an hour at best. I can't go to the gym so I have to work out at home. I just want what time I have to work for me when I work out but I just am not getting anywhere. Also when I said I have 50lbs to lose I wasn't saying I was planning on losing it all in a cycle or 2. That's my long term goal. I just need a jump start :/ I definitely am not willing to do permanent damage in the process though. I'm just so confused by all the mixed reviews online. Some people swear by it and on here I'm hearing really bad stuff. Thanks for the input :( back to square 1

If you are really as busy as you say then it may take not going out with friends as much or watching tv to accomplish your goals.

Also we aren't saying it doesn't work we are saying it is terrible for you.

The ONLY time I've seen clen really work has been guys who cycle it with T3 and are in their last six weeks before competing and to be honest, I'd put more money on the T3. And NO, I'm not saying to do that type of cycle. I've used it and even with a spot on diet, would my results have been any different? I doubt it. If you have 50 lbs to lose and you are stuck, your answer lies in your diet. Clen will NOT give you what you are looking for. You'd have better luck using one of the fatburners sold here. And, in my personal opinion, the only way to limit side effects is to not take it. Step one is to write down what you eat in a day and post it up. Don't be discouraged. We can help you! :)

Thanks so much :-) I guess there is no substitute for hard work and diet. Thanks a lot for your encouragement. I want my 30's to be amazing and a BIG goal I have is to be fit and healthy. I just have to find the right path. Is there a specific eating plan you would recommend? I am getting an elliptical over the weekend and I want the time and energy I spend to be well used. Thanks again!!!! You really did perk me up!
