Does anyone have any resources .. kinda like the A thru Z's of putting on a show ... from advertising 12 weeks out, to judging .. to the construct of the show itself .. etc ...
Yes - I was drafted to do this, and I have competed before .. but its been a while .. and this is the "other side" (judging etc ... ) .. and its scary pressure .. my job is on the line now ... hehehe ...
