HELP! Do i need PCT while on prescrip TRT?

I need it. It all depends on how easily a man aromatizes the exogenously supplied testosterone. I was prone to gynecomastia and have had the surgery for it twice.

I take medically prescribed Arimidex to help control estrogenic side effects.

I tried taking Nolvadex but one of the possible negative side effects is erectile dysfunction. I felt like that was aggravating an already difficult situation so I dropped Nolvadex and now take Arimidex.

Thanks for responding to my post. I am curious on the issue of exogenic side effects associated with steroid use. I plan on running my first cycle in a couple of weeks - winn 10mg x100 tabs, test cyp/250mg/week. I was advised to include Arimidex in this cycle to counter estrogen. Since you have prior experiance with arimidex, would you give me your opinion on me taking it in my winstrol/test cycle? Can u tell me more about your surgeries too? I too fear that i may be showing signs of gynecomastia, since having been on trt for a couple of years now. Any info would help, cost, treatment centers, recovery time, etc. I'm really sorry that u had to go through all that twice! How are you doing today?
