some good points, alot depends on position....and depends on how they are training...and depends on how long they want to do it...and depends on how long they been in the league and if they are a starter and good to go or fighting to stay on the roster...so many variables....a gram of test is way too high guys, these dudes are all legit and do not need to get crazy at all....if youve been around them you would understand better hopefully....and BF is not a worry...it wouldnt hurt some of them to carry more bodyfat at all, as the game is brutal.....I hope Im not falling on deaf ears and some folks understand what Im trying to say.....I bet even 200-400mg test and 100mg Var daily, plus GH would work wonders for these people.....
