HELP Cycle for CrossFit

Hi buddys

I am Kevin, from Spain i am CrossFiter Competitor i competed in many Internationals Competitions i am 34 years old 74 kg.

I have experience on roids but time before when i did Fitness and MMA fighter.

Now i am looking for a perfect stack in CrossFit

I am looking on that (please HELP ME!) Accept all suggestions....



Week 1-7 Test E 300mg
Week 1-7 Deca Norma 400mg
* I will inject every 3.5 days 150 Test E + 200mg Deca

Week 1-6 30md Dbol - 10mg am 5 mg lunch 5mg prewod 5mg postwod 5mg dinner.
Week 8-10 Test propionato 100mg EOD
Week 8-10 Stanolozol oral 20mg

Week 9-12 Gainskeeper Formula

Week 13 to 50 days IGF1 80mcg (40mcg in mornings, and 40mcg after wod) + 10mg Dbol all Mornings

During all cycle 0.5 Arimidex eod

Thanks please help...... i don't want to lose my endurance but i want be READY for spots that i have.....

What are your goals? 7 weeks isn't long enough for deca .

What is the gainskeeper formula?

Drop the dbol post cycle

You might be better off with a sarms cycle for crossfit it'll help with endurance

Welcome to EF....let me make a few points;

A) Your cycle is a freakin' train wreck.
B) Crossfit and AAS don't mix. There's nothing wrong with crossfit but AAS is for bodybuilding.

You need to make a decision if you want to be a crossfitter or BB'er.

EZ_E thanks for wellcome, and about decided....ALL pro's in CF are on juiced, problem is to know what are doing in with "what" if you see his bodies they look like Fitness...

My goals are improve my strength and endurance with some stamina

I'd say the obvious thing for u to take is some test and GW.

You say you have experience with AAS so I won't go into the test side of things. I would suggest you stick to shorter esters so they clear your system quickly.

GW is great for endurance, so will help you with your WODs.

If you are competing then you should stay away from longer ester compounds like deca and EQ as they hang around for a long time and are easily detected.

You didn't say whether your competitions are tested or not but I know the Crossfit games are tested, so probably safe to assume that regionals etc are tested to some degree. From what little I understand, drug testing for Crossfit only covers the basics and doesn't cover the newer or more exotic compounds like SARMs.

I have little experience with SARMs aside from GW so I won't comment too much. There are some very experienced guys here who can give you solid advice on SARMs like Dylan.

You should definitely stay away from the wet bulking compounds like dbol etc for two reasons: first, power to weight is important in Crossfit, so you don't want to carry any more mass than you have to. Second, the pumps can be debilitating as previously mentioned and you don't need that. Personally I have always found the wetter compounds give me the most pump.

It's not much I know but I hope that helps. Hopefully some of the vets around here can assist more than me.
