help a noob in cycle (ive researched)

If the goal is to lower body fat, then he's technically cutting. You don't cut at 23% body fat with juice.

I think your buddy is right on with the clen. I'd go that route first, but good luck with whichever way you decide to go.

Actually Clen won't be that effective for ya..... Youre better off using Ephedrine and Caffiene for a while.... There are studies done on rats with Clen, and the more obese rats didn't lose much fat with Clen use.... Clen seems to be more effective when your BF% is lower, around 17% or below.... The same study showed the leaner Rats lost more BF then the obese rats, so I'd say save the Clen for later.... ECA will work better, plus it curbs your appetite where Clen doesnt....

eca means ephedrine caffiene what does the a mean? any good places online to order it? im gonna schedual a more accurate bf test at a gym the test where they dunk u in the water to see ur true body fat.

The a is for aspirin. You should be able to find that online. :)

stop thinking and start reading. 250mg test 4 times a week is an insane amount of gear, and imo, you arent someone who needs gear at all.

using gear isnt a quick fix. its a fast track to a lot of problems if you dont know what youre doing. put some time and effort into educating yourself or its going to bite you in the ass badly. very badly.

KISS. step 1) decide what you want to do. step 2) decide if drugs are appropriate at all. step 3) look at training + diet in context of goals, with and without drug use. step 4) decide, and stick to the plan.
 
I'll chime in also.

Drop the bodyfat
If you can't do the treadmill , do the stairmaster its easy on shins and not as high impact as most people think.
Run clen if you wish, it will help, but it wont do shit unless you are in a calorie deficit and eat the right foods. I would say right now don't run it.
 
bro get in shape before you start the cycle. do not use clen or anything... i am a little out of shape as well. i already have my cycle in hand. it will be my third cycle. my advice is this... if you go to a gym with free cardio classes included like i do take advantage. take about a month and go to those classes. and stick to a good diet. only take in about 12 times your body weight in good clean calories. the point is to get into the best shape naturally and then do the cycle... you will be alot happier in the end... i plan to start the cycle i have in about a month ..... i just hit up all the free classes i can at the gym. spinning, kickboxing or whatever. you can burn alot of fat off in those classes and it does not make the cardio boring... anyway i am just saying bro get in shape and then start the cycle, if your diet is on point when you start the cycle you will gain the lean mass you want. since i have my cycle on hand i am using that to modivate me to get to the point i want to be before i start it.... sorry for blabbing away bro but i just want you to get the most out of your cycle i am sure you understand :)
 
thanks alot man. the sad this is i am in pretty good shape i can do 2 rounds for 5 mins sparring wrestling easy. before the shin splints i was able to run 3 miles straight.

since late nov earl dec ive been dieting and working out hard and from the will march 28 i went from 304 i believe if i rmember correctly do 255 and that was counting the weight i was probably about 310-312 before i started the diet.

sucks cause my cardio isnt to bad for not being able to run right now. but i should need to put on some strenght quick i dont wanna fuck up this oppertunity caust im fighting some big ass mexican dude that prob 245 at mosst 15 percent body fat.(less than that u can see his abs.)
