Ok, so I just started a cycle about 4 days ago. Its Dbol, Deca, Test E.

30mg Dbol/day
240 mg Deca/test E Twice a week

I'm 5'9 140lbs....Yes, Yes I know I will be told that my diet could have changed that....but I've tried that in the past and other then my stomach hurting it doesn't seem to work.

I guess my question is when should I see gains. I keep seeing day 3-4 but I don't feel any different. Nothing major in the gym that I wouldn't have gained from already working out for a while. No weight difference. But I do seem hungry a lot (in which I fill my stomach with lots and lots of protein and carbs constantly)

My diet is 6 eggs and bowl of cereal everyday for breakfast with 10mg Dbol.

Soon as I get to work I try to get the earliest meal time and while I wait I snack. My diet changes but usually consist of as much meat as I can pack into my togo box. I'm going to start buying 2 meals as I can't get enough in there to last all night. During shift I take a protein shake....and I drink about a half gallon of milk a day. When I get home I work out, eat dinner, then protein shake before bed.

Should I be seeing gains already or is the hunger enough to say its started?
 
Also, how will I know if my stuff is legit? The company is GlobalOrganic for all of it. The dbol is blue circle pills with an impression of saturn on one side. Really tiny

Let me give you some friendly advice, there are to many gaps here there needs to be a lot more information provided. First of all is this your first cycle? 2nd what are you taking for deca dick or no Ai mentioned.... What about your pct? I am going to be running a cycle almost identical to that soon and I got great advice here bro. You have to be precise in what you are doing as well as your goals.

You obviously do not know enough about proper nutrition or training if you are not seeing results. Second if you have not been able to see results by doing it naturally what makes you think that hopping on gear will change your situation.

Lets make something clear. GEAR ONLY AMPLIFIES THE EFFECTS OF WHAT YOU ARE ABLE TO PRODUCE NATURALLY. THEREFOR IF YOU HAVE SHITTY DIET AND TRAINING THEN YOU WILL GET THE SAME SHITTY RESULTS ON GEAR.

Now I can tell you do not have good training and or diet because you think that gains come proportionally to how much you eat. This is true but it is not the same as stuffing your fat ass and expecting to see slabs of lean hard mass come over night.

This shit takes a lot of time. YEARS AND YEARS of dedication and training must take place to put on quality pounds of rock hard mass.

My suggestion to you. Really think about what you are about to put your body through just to see no gains and even worse loose muscle mass and possibly be an hrt patient because you have no idea about the risks, side effects, or consequences of wreckless cycling yet.

You did not mention a pct, no AI, No caber for prolactin, No mention of on cycle support for your health and worst of all you are way to young to start with deca. You probably do not even know what HCG is yet for christ sakes.

Stop taking gear immidiatley. IT takes 4 weeks for the deca to clear so stop taking that asap. As for test continue the test for two more weeks then pct as such.

Clomid week 5

Think long and hard about what your actions. You need to just train naturally for the time beeing and until you know about proper diet and training then you can think about gear in another 5 years :)

PS The Way I know your diet and training is shit:
1) I drink half a gallon of milk a day:
REASON:
As humans we loose the enzymes in our digestive track to process milk effeciently when we age. Drinking milk gets you nowhere towards your gains in the time that you would like it to.
2) I eat 6 eggs and a bowl of cereal.
REASON:
This is just shit to begin with: High in processed grain and probably sugar, too high on your fat intake, and not balanced properly.
3) I weigh 140 and am 22 years old
REASON:
YOU ARE A FUCKING SPORTY SPICE WHO NEEDS TO EAT PROPERLY, TRAIN HARD, AND REST TO SEE RESULTS WHICH WILL TAKE YEARS IF NOT A DECADE TO SEE QUALITY RESULTS. NOT READ ABOUT HOW DECA CAN PUT ON 30 POUNDS ON A USER AND EXPECT THE SAME.

100% agree with this. Bro pick up a folk and put down the juice it seems you have jumped into this without proper knowledge and could cause you a lot more harm then good. Goto the nutrition section here and read around. I'm 100% ur diet is crap you are 140 which is very very light.

If you know your wrong then why are you doing it. Your going to harm yourself. Stop the steroids now. Your diet and training are the problem and steroids arent the solution.

Ok so lets start with, I didn't realize I needed to include information on my post cycle, as I was simply asking how I would know if the Dbol would have kicked in already.

I meant oatmeal, not cereal...that was my bad.

From what I read on several places, here being one of them when I asked about it Milk was a good way to increase protein amount easily.

I've tried just changing my diet and working out, and it doesn't seem to work. I try and force myself to eat and all I get is a stomach ache. As I pointed out, Dbol has changed that so I've started eating every 2 hours. If eggs and oatmeal are a bad way to start the day, then please tell everywhere I read to wake up to that.

Deca has an age limit? I only started it because my friend suggest it.

HCG I know what it is, but I see several PTC's that don't include it....Clomid and Nolva seem to be what most people suggest.

And milk thistle is what I'm going to start taking to keep my liver healthy. I'm currently in Kuwait so I gotta do more shopping to find it...otherwise I'll just order it offline if I don't have it soon.

Goals, I want to put on roughly 20lbs after the water retention is gone. Will this cycle with a safe PCT not work?

Also, Clomid I can pick up from any of the pharmacies around here so I didn't bother to buy it yet. And the guy that got me this stuff can get me the Nolva. I"ll ask about the HCG...

Deca is a bad choice as a first cycle because it comes with alot of issues that test doesnt have. It doesnt have an age limit, but you do need a certain amount of knowledge to run it successfully. Thats why its ill advised as a first cycle. Dbol will take about a week to fully kick in. The test and deca take 4+ weeks to reach full blood concentration. Hcg is not to be used during pct and neither is nolvadex. Dont use nolvadex for anything unless you get breast cancer. The side effects far outweigh the benefits. I advise you to stop the cycle now while you can and fix your diet and training. Your cycle will not yield 20lbs because your food intake is too low and your training is flawed. Steroids are not miracle drugs, you need to eat and train properly to get the most out of them. And right now your not doing that. My advice is to save the juice for a couple years and improve your training. Try a natural test booster like unleashed in the mean time. Its safe and effective.

Your just not listening... you need to stop now... you are completely out of line for even trying to do this... your are going to hurt yourself... don't be fucking dumb... be smart and listen to what we are telling you... you have no idea what your doing...

Its obvious you haven't researched much and your just going to do it anyways. Just test e on its own is a first time cycle...not only are you terribly underweight you have jumped into all this gear because your "friend" suggested it. You have already started your course and you don't have an ai you don't know the benefits of hcg and you don't even have a stable pct in place....you have set yourself up for disaster my friend!!

Ok high speed let me try and square you away, first drop the attitude we are all big boys here and you came here for advice and if you cant take the heat than stay out of the kitchen. Your obviously in the military so you should be good at getting your ass reamed. Remember we are here to help you!! OK that being said..... Deca is not a good thing for you to be taking right off the start. You are only 22 and have a lot of fucking to do, and decca if not ran properly will shut you down!Why would you risk playing Mr. Limpy when you can use other steroids? So do all of us and especially yourself a favor and drop the decca it truly is in your best intrest. If your going to run gear just stick to the test and dbol. You do not have a good plan for your PCT so you want to run it like this (clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 unleashed/forma stanzol get the unleashed at needtobuildmuscle.com get the forma stanzol at mrsupps.com) (this is the same PCT that most people on here are suggesting if you look around on this site you can even find discount codes up to 20%off) Being that this is your first cycle it is going to take some time for your body to accept it, commonly 4 to 6 weeks to see any results on a first cycle. Your body does not know what to do with it so it stores some and wastes a lot at first. So once again, back to the decca you will just waste it as well as putting yourself at an unnecessary risk. As far as the dbol good luck it sounds ok but not sure. I believe that you are over training, to much of a good thing is bad! Remember your muscles grow when they are resting if you over use them you will not see gains bc they do not have time to recover. Personally i think that you should see a dietitian witch you have free access to and a fair amount of time on your hands. Humor all of us and consider training naturally for a while before you turn to gear, with a proper diet which i understand is hard to do especially over there, but if you run natural substances right than you can realistically gain 20lbs. Then when you have a proper diet and exercise regiment and have read up on AAS then you can sit back and watch the magic happen. In your case the juice is not worth the squeeze

Deca is a big no no in your case. You will just end up with a nice pair of tits and a limp dick with no muscle mass and become an hrt patient.

But hey dont listen to the guy on the internet your friend has got you covered with no AI, No prolactin control, No proper PCT regiment and No on cycle support.

As far as diet goes Here is an example of my diet. This is what I am eating to prepare for NPC Nationals.

Diet (Bulk)
Meal 1
2.5 cups egg whites. 1 whole egg
1 cup oats 1 tbsp peanutt butter
1 cup pineapple

Hit the Weights

Post workout
4 scoops Carnivore Mass 1 scoop Whey
1 Banana
10 g Creatine
5 g Glutamine
Bcaas

Meal 3
2 cups brown rice
10 oz steak

Meal 4
10 oz sweet potato
10 oz chicken

Meal 5
1 cup brown rice
10 oz whit fish
2 cups brocolli

Meal 6
2 cups greek yogurt
1 cup whey protein
1/8 cup almonds or almond butter

Meal 7
2 scoops anabolic whey
1 scoop Casein

Get your training and diet to this level and then start thinking about juice :)

Now a note on juice. I started juicing when I was younger which I wish I would of waited for not because I was not ready ( I was allready squatting in 700, benching upper 400s, deadlifting upper 600s) but because once I started gear I never felt the same again. I looked at the average person and envied them being normal. I wanted to be normal but had to face the fact that I would never be normal again. It is the feeling when you walk in the gym and you can single yourself out and look at other people and just know that you are different. IT is a hard feeling to describe but it is almost like you are in a different world of your own once you have hopped on it.

Do yourself a favor and enjoy life right now. Enjoy being 22 with an ubundance of free test and a high sex drive. Enjoy being able to go out to eat and drink with friends.

Side note here: When you are on gear you can not drink or eat bad food. It is horrible to your liver and your heart. AAS decreases the amount of HDL in your blood stream. This means if you have a bad weekend and decide to drink beer and eat pizza you will be putting yourself at greater risk for clogging your arteries.

The time and the place will be there to start doing juice and maybe even in your case if you cycle recklessly HRT therapy.

Please do not continue juice. Do it for you health, your mental health, your life, the people around you. Your friends and family do not want to see you destroy your body, have horrible health side effects and become an HRT Patient. With the prospect of having children one day you should take that side note very seriously. Cycling recklessly can and will cause impotence..
 
Really bro coming from an ex-soldier trust me everybody here is giving u good advice! Lay off the gear go get yourself a good multi vitimen and start working out hard! When u get back to civilization worry about the gear for now im sure theres a bunch of guys in your unit that can help u sort out ur diet!

I'll stop what I'm doing and try to focus on my diet and workout a bit.

I'll stop what I'm doing and try to focus on my diet and workout a bit.

Yes it does matter. All it takes is one shot of deca.

100mg injection of Deca Durabolin caused a total (100%) reduction of natural testosterone levels, and it took roughly a month to return those testosterone levels to baseline! All from 100mgs of Deca! This is from studies on DECA.

So yeas you need to pct even after one shot. I hope you have your PCT on hand or you will be in a world of recovery (around 12 weeks) to bounce back to normal.
