Hello Ladies, My real name's Jonell. I'm 32, a stay at home mom to 3 my oldest is 7 my youngest is 3 months. I've always been a cardio queen and lifted a little. Since my sons birth I have hit the weights hard and became addicted. My husband is a fire fighter and has always been huge and fit we now work out together and I love it.

We lift every other day, taking two days off after leg day. We also do cardio twice a week, normally a run or a cycle class. Basically we live at the gym.

I read Starting Strength, and The new rules of lifting for women. Enjoyed both. I've been tracking cals/macros on dailyburn.com I still have a lot of baby weight to lose but I"m off to a good start.

M goals for joining this site are to build a strong muscular base. I spent 6 months of my last pregnancy on bedrest and am now a whopping 40% bodyfat! I'm 5'10" and 180lbs. Normal for me is around 130 skinny fat lol But my goal is around 160 and 18% bodyfat so I'm in tis for the long haul.

At the moment I'm eating 1500 cals on no lift days and 1800 on lift days, and getting 150 grams of protein daily. I'm not using any sups other than muscle milk.

Here's a typical leg day, for critique :)

Squats
warm up with bar 2 sets of 10
4 sets of 8 with 95, attempting to add weight on last set

Dead lifts
warm up with bar 2 sets of 10
4 sets of 8 going up in weight from 95 to 155

accessories (vary weekly)
pile squats
leg press (close feet)
barbell thrusts
extensions
box jumps
knee squat


I'm posting legs because I know my other workout days are solid, my husband kills me lol But I need help with my legs, they suck. I want strong thick legs and a huge squat booty lol All opinions welcome :)
