Hello to all - first cycle update + pics

Hello to all. I have been lurking for a couple of months and decided to get some input.

I have worked out on an off since highschool. 24 now, I have bulked twice naturally in the past bringing my weight to 190 the first time and then a peak of 205 the second time(both over the course of 6 months).

I researched anabolics although in hindsight, I should have done more of that and began my cycle. It was toyed with and changed but here it is:

weeks 1-5 200mg Deca (ran out I know shoulda ran to 10)
weeks 2-10 250mg Sust (500mg first week)
weeks 6-10 30mg Winny tabs daily

I am at the beginning of week 7. Starting weight was 165. Current weight is 192 (no bullshit)
Heres the pics:

I am sure the Sust is starting to kick in now cuz I just took my 4th shot on Thurs. What do ya'll think? I hate my genetics quite honestly. I think I look much better in person than in these pics. My strength is laughable compared to most of you here but gains don't come easily for some of us.

Eating 7 meals a day 4500-5500 cals.
Great workouts (usually 3 on 2 off)
Yes I do squats. My strength has gone through the roof especially since the winny began.

I am convinced that anabolics is the only way I could ever have the physique I wanted. Thing is, when I bulked up naturally before my waist was 36 inches at my current weight and it is about 33 right now (partly bloat). Other than this emotional rollercoaster that AS has given me, I am enjoying this and will start clomid/clenbuterol 3 weeks after last shot. Thanks for reading!

can't see a ton off difference but I can tell you your genetics do not SUCK

your not fat, have good symetry

you need to forget the drugs (maybe a cycle a year) and bust your ass hard for 3 years...

you have a frame to work with, focus your learning and energy on training and how to workout

compound movements
deads
squats
Gms

Alot of power back movements
chins
bb rows
tbar rows

i am pro building a good frame B4 u juice......none of this crap about not touchin a weight until u put the needle in!...if that is what u r eating then u would have no prob lifting 4-5 times per week and doing some cardio to acheive those results. just my 2 cents

I can see a difference on the delts and traps and your arms and the upper chest not a major difference but i can see it. might of taken you a year to get similiar results but hey 7 weeks compare to a year is alot better in my book

I appreciate all replies. Just want you to know I do know my body very well and yes I am a firm believer that my genetics are not that good. My frame and bones are very small and I have gone at it for more than a few years with very minimal results varying my routine and eating quite a few ways. When I have leaned up, I have found it very hard to keep muscle that was gained and that is partially why I look like I didn't work out much in the first pic. Honestly I don't think these pics do me justice as I really do recieve some compliments on being in shape. I also think it is easier to pack on weight for me due to muscle memory and me having previously bulked up, but I wanted to be lean before I started. Could I have gone at it for 3 more years and gotten bigger naturally? Hell yes, but I admit being impatient. I guess I should put a better pic up after I am more tan and perhaps pumped.

You sure gained some muscle but 30lbs, its hard to tell. You should take pics with the same parameters then first one: same lighting, same place, same camera distance, same pose...etc

Just 'cos you took the picture from closer doesn't mean you gained weight LOL!

Seriously I notice I little more size and a vein on your arm and an angry red upper chest.

Dude quit being a pussy and drop the roids and work your fuckin' ASS off for a year or two. Then try AS. You look like you bench about 135.

PS no disrespect intended, thre is no reason to juice at your stage of development.

Actually I was quite impressed. I can see a big difference in the two pictures. I would agree that you could have waited and put on some natural size before trying gear, but I would probably say that applies to about 95% of us including myself. I would lay off the gear and just work on adding some quality muscle through proper dieting and training. Good luck.

Looking closer at the pix, I can tell that your actually a pretty good size right now (from before). Still pretty lean, but the arms are definately coming along. Hope your working those shoulders though, they appear to be falling behind the bi/tri, at least it looks that way.

good results. I can tell a difference. Now hit the weights, eat like a madman, and wait a year before your next go with gear.

I am not posting my pics until I turn pro LOL. You guys are too rough, the guy definitely has made great improvements in only 7 weeks. Granted the second pic is closer and he is "pumping", but still his arms are a lot bigger.
I could see how he is 20lbs heavier, considering he was almost anorexic (sorry man) in the first pic.
Congratulations, I am sure it has done wonders for your confidence. Keep working hard.

dont beleave in starting off training naturally do you?

you did gain, but you would have gained those 20 or 30lb drug free

Nice to see some positive feedback. You guys are rough but admittedly, I deserve it for being impatient with AAS. I now feel ballsy"er" for posting my pics geez this will stay with me for a long time if I continue posting here lol.

Yarpic my first pic was not a pose and I was just walking down the hall when my friend took a pic before we went to the beach. I got carried away running too much during cutting and lost a slew of mass but figured muscle memory would help me.

Dr. M. funny you mention the shoulders, I actually have recieved the greatest strength gains in my db overhead presses!

Liquid Muscle, I am not tryin' to impress anyone being 192. My legs are much better than my upper body from soccer and years of squats, calf raises. Actually this morning the scale said 193 ;) My thickness and back increased substantially and doesn't show in the pics.

Oh yeah 1 more thing, I did not pump in the new pic. Just took a shower beforehand but worked out back earlier in the day. I don't plan on taking AAS again after this cycle for quite a while if ever and I know it will take hard work hard to keep a good amount of the gains.

So you got bigger in your legs and back, but you only post a pic of your front-upper body? Let's see a few more pics...

I second that. You're doing good man, keep it up.

By the way max bench 245 but I only do inclines now due to pain from flat bench

I stayed away from heavy flat benching for a long time due to shoulder issues, I mainly use dumbells for my pressing movements.

Arch the back slightly
Pull shoulder blades IN (takes load off shoulders)
Center the weight over your arms (less strain in the wrists when fully centered)
Bring bar to below the nipples on flat bench, this is supposed to achieve a straight up and down motion, no angles.

Took me about a week to get the whole thing down pat for me, but added about 20 pounds to my bench getting it right, and I can bench forever without any problems now. I also bench slowly though, just about everything I move the weights a little slow to avoid injury, and I seem to grow better that way (TUT benefit maybe).

Ultimately though I really do dig the dumbells, give em a shot if regular stuff bothers you, its nice to change up once in awhile as well.

Drop the juice, train with more intensity and less frequency and most importantly - EAT, EAT, EAT.
