I need some help from you ladies with helping my wife lose some weight after our 4th and last child is born(it's a boy by the way, finally after three girls, she is due May 7th). I have helped her before with diet and exercise and she appreciated it very much but what she would like is to here some suggestions from you ladies that have had to lose unwanted weight due to pregnancy-especially since this being our fourth child-it seems to get harder for her after every pregnancy to get back into shape. We also want to take into consideration her hormonal unbalance at that time as well. I figured we(as in you ladies and I)could help her with her diet, training, and supplementation for aid in her quest to get back into shape. So what do you ladies think?
