Hey guys,

I have been reading through tons of threads over the past couple years and researching. This will be my first cycle and i decided to go with helladrol because i have read numerous times it gives good results and it is rather mild. I am a strength athlete and looking to improve on my strength, obviously. i am rather lean ~8-10% or so but no higher i would say (trying to get my bf% tested before I start). I am 26, 5'6"ish and exactly 68kilos or 149lbs.
here is what I want to run.

1-6 Helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/100 or 75 straight through (don't think i want to go to 125)
1-6 n2guard
4-6 hcgenerate
1-6 taurine
1-12 fish oil
1-12 glucosamine

PCT
6-10 forged post cycle
6-10 daa
6-12 forma stanzol

I also have a forged liver support and not sure if that would be over kill? should I save that or it wouldn't hurt to add in cycle or pct? Debating to bump this down to 5 week instead of 6 but not to sure yet.

I am looking forward to logging this process as I have been waiting for a while now for all the potential grow as a lifter.
 
I'd toss in some HcGenerate ES into your PCT. Just finished a Hella run myself and 125 is the sweet spot :)

May I suggest stacking hella with s4 & ostarine (sarms1).
OR throw ostarine along into the pct and yes, you'll love the addition of HCGenerate Es into pct 👍

I didn't notice a difference between dosing 100 and 125, so I'd say the sweet spot for me was 100. I put on about 13 lbs of muscle and have kept all of it.

Currently running an Osta and Epi-Strong cycle and feel like complete shit compared to the Hella cycle. I've still put on about 8-10 lbs but the lethargy and sensitive nips are driving me nuts.
 
Thanks for the input guys. What would the osta add that I don't already have covered. I'm not opposed to it but looking to keep things simple for my first cycle. I feel like next one I can add to it to increase gains?
 
Not trying to cheap out but couldn't I add my horny goat weed and fenu green into my pct since I already have some of that on hand?? Just a thought
 
I kicked started my current cycle with Hella. This is my last week and loving it. I added S4 though which only amplifies strength gains.

HCGenerate ES is a stronger version of HCGenerate. They added a bunch of other stuff as well, so if you want to hold off.. its all good.

Now regarding Ostarine.. Def run that in your PCT. It will help with joints, continue to keep your strengh high, give a great sense of well being, and help to cut additional fat. Ostarine is my 2nd favorite PED and I include it in all of my PCTs.

I would have a serm as well in PCT

Interesting how it affects people differently.
I'm currently on week 2 of hella and the lethargy is really bad for me, but on epi I felt like boss the whole cycle!
 
Yeah, I'm starting to think my sides are related to the Ostarine after reading more posts. Seems like a lot of people say running over 20mg a day is when lethargy and sensitive nips occur. I've dropped my dose down from 25 to 18-20 and the sensitive nips are sub siding, but still pretty lethargic.
 
hella is great for a first cycle. PCT is most likely probably fine. hella is pretty mild. If it were me I'd still run a serm for pct. 2 reasons, one, overkill isn't a bad thing for pct, and two, it's actually MUCH cheaper to just get a bottle of clen or nolva than it is to run all of the natty stuff you are thinking about.

Try first and see what happens. s1 osta gave slightly puffy nips at 25mg. Which was odd. The others I tried didn't give me any issues

Thank you this is great I for for my next 2nd cycle. I already had most of the PCT I'm going to run so figured if use it. Didn't see anything saying it wouldn't be as affective. Will use serm next time as I have heard good things as well. Simplicity is them of my first cycle. Starting it in 2 days! Have a meet this weekend so Monday is start of a new training cycle.
 
Day 1

I woke up a little earlier than normal to train some clients at 7. So I took my first 50mg and n2gaurd at around 6:15am. I ate around 9 then hit the gym. I felt as if I have been rather hot or kind of have a pre work out flush type of thing going on. I didn't expect much in the gym but I did feel pretty good for just having a meet Saturday. Weights felt light and my accessory lifts were easy. Again first day so didn't expect much but do must people experience this warmth? Looking forward to the next 6 weeks! I have an awesome program and expecting some nice strength gains. Also one last thing, felt a bit hungrier than normal.
 
Not sure how truly important it is to follow this, but from what I've read you should dose N2Guard about 4 hours after your PH dose. When I ran hella I dosed it at 6am and 6pm, then dosed N2Guard at 10am and 10pm.

Hmm I take the hella two times a day and I take the n2g three times a day. I spread out the 7 pull dosage. Thanks for the info I'll look into it more

Good call by dj4sin on the dosing. Fixed that for the rest of the way. Today is an off day for me so no real weight was moved just bar technique work. I get super hot on this stuff and have been crushing water. Anyone else get rather hot after a dose? Anyways no real update today but tomorrow I have triples in the snatch and 1clean plus 2 jerks. Along with pulls (deadlifts).

Day 3&4

Pretty beat up from volume but yesterday's training was good intense and felt strong. Actually did a second "session" of light weight technique work in the evening. Got through my work out today but was pretty sore from yestetday. Friday Saturday will probably be off "light" technique days and Sunday ramp it up again.

I feel as if my muscles are getting tighter and I'm getting leaner. I eat clean. Meat and veggies. Rice post work out only and no breads. Looking forward to what the following weeks bring.

How is the recover on hella? Faster or about the same? Guess I'll find out.
 
Recovery should be fine.. I just finished running it, but Hella was just the kicker to my EQ/test cycle stacked with sarms.

I put on some good size with Hella... but if you want some serious strength gains, Oxandrovar was no joke. I couldn't believe how strong I got. If you havent tried it, throw that in your bucket list. Recovery was breeze too.

Awesome! Ox will be my next cycle for sure! I was torn between the two and went with hella.

Day 5
Wow I know people say it kicks in on week 2-3 but shit. I just kicked that lifts a$$! I hit 90% clean and jerk like nothing! Could have easily doubled or tripled it. I did front squat doubles after and those also felt like a breeze at around 85-90% interesting to see what comes next!
 
sorry i have been MIA... just ending week two and tomorrow is the start of week three.

strength feels on point! some what difficult weights have been routine. i feel great i feel strong and i feel pretty ripped.. my muscles definitely feel harder. one more week of 75 and I'm bumping it up to 100 for the last 3 weeks.

no sides so far. i thought maybe some back pumps were starting today but i think my back was just tight nothing crazy. lets see what week three brings!

My sweet spot was 100 and 125 on week 4 through week 8... I love this stuff made some great gains and I will come back to helladrol after I have tried all of the GK products. Good luck brother

today was day 17

I am super sore from all the volume in my training cycle. but i feel super strong regardless of being achy. my quads feel huge and i feel like i could squat anything right now. i definitely feel leaner and i definitely am a bit thicker. my shoulder, traps, quads, and upper back seem to be the biggest difference considering the only things i do is snatch, clean and jerk, and squats/pulls.... so far very impressed in how it makes me feel. no sides...

Staring a nearly identical hella cycle a week from today. Im adding clomid in PCT though, excited to start.
