Its true. No aerobics or light cardio will do it. Just standard weighted exercises on a regular basis. Imagine the hip as a grid and each line in the grid is the biological rebar holding us together. Over time, some of these supports dissolve and weaken, leaving us vulnerable to a fracture during an accidental fall or light trauma.
