my stats are in the profile.......I am a big boy,
but not as good as most members here.
I used to be able to bench press 225 by 4 stes by 13 reps, strict form,
incline db 90's after that and do flys with heavy weigh t decline and the whole bit..............my chest never grew.
then I took some time off due to injuries...and started from scratch.
I went into the gym and started with just pushups, and cbl flys....and was like what?.
my chest looks better than it did when I used to do all that weight
then i realized it is about isolation...."(the chest)
so i looked at an anatomy chart a read the function of the chest.
wich is pulling the arm across the body, and contraction in the pressed position.
so I did the pushups, the cable flys and threw in some incline db.
with stict, pperfect form..that focuses on contraction.
my arms never break parallel on the db's though.
My injury healed....and this has been my 4th week.........and BAMMO! insta chest!
