heating up test-e amp

ole farte'

Not Really
Platinum
I had a helluva time inj. 250mg t-e into my quad witha 25 guage. gawd that was thick shit. i'm thinking about puttin the amp in some hot(100 degree) water to thin it. anybody know of any problems with this? or should i get some 23pins

No I actually like to heat the bottle up some before drawing into the syring and it deffinately helps with the soreness going in

i run hot water over the syringe.. to get the oil flowing like water.. smooth injects.. no soreness afterwards.. been doin it ever since i tried it..

Place an 18 gauge needle in to the vial, heat in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes,

Let it cool before you inject.

Will cook the BA out.

I think he said amp. :)

Actually, I prefer a nice, slow injection and don't bother to heat my gear at all. Running it under the tap should be adequate but watch out for explosions if you dump an amp into boiling-hot water. The idea is so amusing that I might go and try it. It's almost worth an amp to see whether it would pop.

Ah, I just noticed that you're from the US so were probably using Fahrenheit rather than Centigrade.

You could draw your gear into the syringe and then run the syringe under hot water before switching to your injection needle. Damn, I just noticed jmead suggested that one. Just ignore this post, it's useless.

Now that's a first.

Run the amp under hot water before you draw it up. I have had problems before with heating in the syringe. That problem being that the stopper must have gotten soft and some of my gear flowed out the back end of the syringe. I always heat it a little before injecting.

thanks, that does help. i let the amp sit in some very hot water for a while ,put the plastic amp opener on it, couple turns and it blew right off. didn't even hafta snap it. hehe

I like to run some hot water and fill the sink about half way up. I let the amps sit in the water for min or so. Then draw and inject. Seems to go better then just doing it at room temp. Then again I also use 23 g pins.

heating an oil based suspension of a product like that shouldnt cause any major problems. stability is ok, settling wont really be a drama (esp if its a single dose unit, obviously)...should be fine so long as you dont get accidental breakage or heat it to crazy levels (which may harm tissue surrounding the inject site, have infection implications, abscess issues etc)

the usual method is to heat to body temp through heating with yoru hands/armpit, but a few degrees over is fine imo

allrighty then. thanks. heating is the only way it will go through the 25pin, still it's real slow
I'm using 25g to inject Test E, also. I took me a good struggling 1 1/2 minutes to get it in.

Curious and stupid question, how long did it take you to get it all in?

don't know exactly. seemed like forever. by the time it was over my forehead was sweating, friggin hands throbbin. leg sore as hell that nite and next day. 'course doing squats that day didn't help....... today a little easier, i heated that amp up real good. still slow though, hate to get some 23g pins but i might....... leg feels ok though, that's the important part.
