Heart rate through the roof

My current heart rate is going through the roof at the moment I am 29 years old and have never experienced this before. I am currently on test and tren my 5th cycle in my lifetime. Should I be worried?

you are stacking 2 androgens so that is going to happen especially if your dose is high, you aren't using n2guard, and you went into cycle with poor heart health

yeah you should be worried, you are fucking with your heart too much and you are only 29. not smart
