Healthy product list from your grocery store

I'm not sure if there's a thread like this or not but I thought it would be a good idea to have people list some healthy products that you can find at your store aside from the chicken and meat obviously.

For example I've been buying these 2 things for my supply of carbs.

DonPancho Higher Fiber low car wraps from Safeway
Serving size 1 wrap
Total fat 3.5g (no saturated or trans fats)
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 310mg
Total Carbs 14g
Fiber 9g
Sugars 0g
Protein 11g

Tastes pretty good if they are warmed up.

Gorbanzo Beans from Trader Joes (Canned)
Serving size 1/2 cup

Total fat 1 (no trans fatties)
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 380mg
Total Carbs 22g
Dietery Fiber 6g
Sugars <1g
Protein 6g

I was also find this european bread from trader joes with good nutritional value but I threw away the wrapper. In either case I thought it would be a good idea to get a thread of good products you can put on your shopping list. I'll keep updating over time.

great thread, I'll be very interested in seeing some of these. There is some brand of "chips" here that just dry out like sweetpotatos and other vegies and make them "chips"... they are really good, always have them when I visit my dad as he always has them... I'll pick up a bag next time I'm at the store and get a nutritional facts on here and name of them.

Great Thread:

These are the items I've purchased over the past year to keep me from going bored:

Annie's Ginger Dressing - Safeway
Homemade Hummus - Whole Foods
Whole Wheat Wraps - Whole Goods
Hot Ground Cherry Peppers (Sons of Italy or BG) - Any Supermarket
Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Uncle Sam's Cereal w/ Flax Seeds

Lately, I've been making stews, soups, and casseroles. Legumes (ALL kinds) are a staple on my list. I throw in protein, veggies, herbs, etc.

Mod should remake this thread or sticky it to keep it rollin

Total Fat 3g (650mg Omega-3's)
Carbs 38g

I haven't tried it yet so I can't tell you much about the taste.
