When blasted/bent/wasted/high/stoned/drunken what can you eat in excess moderation thats healthier then the usual garbage`. I was thinking vegetables such as unsteamed broccoli but in excess not so good for carbs. rice cakes but the same thing with the carbs. Jello? needto or any other chef don wallys out there. come forwarddddddd!

lol.

If ur stoned or drunk, I really doubt you are going to get out the spinach and tuna.

I'd say scrambled eggs may be the best option that is realistic.

His a possiility: jerky could be good PNO (post night out, instead of post workout) because all the sodium assists in re-hydration (as it makes u retain water).

No doubt we've all been drunk on spirits/wine and noticed how ripped it makes us look; perhaps eating jerky PNO could assist in rehydration.

Just saying; haven't or wont' try it

throw it all together and mix it up. Taste TA balls!!!
things you can add
Raspberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
these are all the lowest on the carb chart when it comes to fruit.

Deviled Eggs Yes yes this is a good one. Whip up a batch before you go out on the town. Make them with low fat or smart balance mayo. These are bad ass when drunk.

Buffalo wings. Its hell on the ass in the morning but fuck they are good when you are drunk. Just make them with a low carb recipe.

Ingredients
Blue Cheese Dip
# 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
# 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
# 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
# 3 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
# 1/4 teaspoon
coarsely ground black pepper

Chicken Strips and Celery Sticks
# 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
# 1/2 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
# 1/4 teaspoon salt
# 2 teaspoons butter
# 1 tablespoon liquid hot pepper sauce
# 5 celery stalks, cut into 3-inch sticks

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise and blue cheese. Stir in the scallions and pepper and set aside while preparing the chicken. Cover and refrigerate. (This recipe can be made one day ahead to this point.)

2. Heat the oil in a large, preferably nonstick skillet. Season the chicken with the salt. Cook the chicken over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the butter and hot pepper sauce to the pan and swirl until the butter melts and the sauce coats the chicken.

You can skip the butter on this recipe.

And Thats that.
