Hey, just wanted to let anybody that's interested in on a little recipe I actually picked up out of FLEX magazine and I made them last night and they are excellent! If you are on a strict diet whether just to shed some pounds or if you are even trying to cut up for competitions you might like this one. Healthy french fries. What you do is bake a few potatoes for about 45 minutes at around 400 degrees in the oven and then slice as thin as possible without crumbling the potato everywhere. Take these slices and fry them in a skillet at medium heat for around 10 minutes or so, until they are crispy and golden. To fry them just use regular PAM fat free cooking spray. This way you are not getting any extra calories from any oils. Throw in some Mrs. Dash or cajun salt and you are good to go! I'm thinking about trying Olive Oil next time and see how that tastes. Enjoy.
