Our 2 yr old is somewhat picky. What are some fun and healthy foods and snacks that will make them to WANT to eat?

go for some basic swap outs to start...if he likes hotdogs for instance...go for no preservative dogs to start..

boxed mac n cheese? buy organic.

fruits cut into shapes are always a big hit ...my kids will eat just about anything though because they always have
especially my youngest because she's been exposed to the most.

Thank you! Those are great ideas. Any ideas of mid day snacks?

apple slices with peanut butter

cottage cheese or yogurt...dannon makes a greek one my kids like.

for some reason my youngest loves tuna with just a bit of relish in it

I've trained my daughter to eat healthy foods over crap. Once they're hungry enough they'll eat it lol.
Healthy eating habits start when their young, kudos to you for making an effort.
Kids tend to love things they can dip. Apples and yogurt dip, is one of my daughters fav's.
Their taste buds are constantly changing, even if they refuse it, offer it again in a few months.
My little girl would pick asparagus over candy any day of the week :-)

When my son was 2; he loved fruit. That's pretty much what I gave him for a snack or some carrot sticks with some low fat ranch dressing. I'd give my son organic fruit snacks made with 100% fruit juice and no red dye in them since my son is allergic to red dye. Well I'm also allergic to that red dye too.
