what's up guys, question, what fruit or fruits would you add to your shake after work out? which one are the ones with the highest nutritional and antioxidant value out there? I'm getting everything I need for my upcoming diet, thank you.

Blueberries are ready good. You really want to work some organic veggies in that drink.

For anti-oxidants you can have berries - all of them are great for that. However, I would be careful with fruits, as they can have lots of fructose, which means carbs, and consequently another form of sugar.

Berries have the highest antioxidant content.

Citrus fruits like lemon, grapefruit, limes etc. are very alkaline in the body and a great addition to any diet.

Papaya and pineapple naturally contain digestive enzymes which help your body absorb and assimilate protein.

I always include those 3 fruits into my diet and into my clients diets.
