Headaches on Keto diet

I feel really GREAT

This is my 3rd day on Ketosis and I feel GREAT! I take a multi-vitamin in the morning, EFA, Fiber Caps, and Phentermine, I drink at least 160 ounces of water a day.

I had one headache monday but I do get them regularaly so I'm not sure if it was related to the Ketosis.

I don't think I'm eating quite enough but I just tested myself for ketones and the ketostix tells me I have a large amount of Ketones in my system.

From what I've been reading, it doesn't seem to matter how many ketones are in your system but I'd like to read more about this. I'll have to study Lyle's book and see if he discusses it more in depth.

If anyone has any articles or anything that talks about the amount of ketones in your system I'd really reading more about this.
 
Stuff I eat on a low carb diet.

Hamburger with salsa/sour cream
Chicken fried in olive oil with indian butter chicken sauce
minimal amount of nuts (cashews, macadamia etc)
eggs
cheese
tuna/mayo
pickles
tons of salad with oil/vinegar dressing
beef jerky
Instant coffee with splenda, ice and some whipping cream (yum!)
Diet pop
Crystal light

The one i eat the most is usually a groundbeef mixture with the salsa/sourcream.
