I use computer too much. At-least 8 hours a day. After spending that 8 hours headache starts. It becomes so painful after an hour and when i bow my head the pain gets worse. I can,t stop working at computer that's why i need a better solution for this problem.

It's possible you need glasses for reading (or a new prescription) but since the headache starts in your neck it sounds like you may not have your workstation set up properly (ergonomically).

I've been a full time for nearly 20 years. There are two things critical for extended computer sessions: you must have the monitor at the right position (most people have it way too low) and you must sit straight, with your feet flat on the floor, your knees at a 90 degree angle, and your arms must hang straight, bending only at the elbow at a 90 degree angle with your wrists straight. This article should help you see if you've got your workstation set up right, if not look for others like it: Guide to Setting Up an Ergonomic Computer Station

Quite possible that you've got too dry air in your room, especially if it is small and the computer is on for a long time. Open windows more often or get an air humidifier machine. This should help as well.
