Headache on cycle

Hello everyone,

I am in week 2, day 2 of Test E(500 mg/week) and Dbol 40 mg ed

Today i experianced a sudden headache while lifting heavy. This never happened with me before. I am not sure whether it is from cycle or due to any other cause. yes this is my second cycle and first one with an injectable.

I am 25 years old, 5 feet 6 inches. 65 kgs and eating around 3200 cal daily

I take

Nolva 20 mg end of everyday
liv 52
fish oil
glucosamine sulphate
1 mr vortex preworkout

Could be from the compounds or from nothing at all. When lifting heavy it is especially important to remember to BREATHE! It could have been from the pressure buildup in your head while straining.
Or it could be a raise in BP from the compounds. Dbol is commonly known to cause headaches. You need something in there to control BP. And I'd be taking better cycle support. Look up Cycle Assist from CEL.
 
sorry but this has to be said. why are you using steroids at 65kg? for the imperial guys around here he is 145lbs....

Thanks. I will be checking the information. I am confused if i got this headache due to some other reasons like seasonal change or cold may be. I am also habitual of drinking 10 raw whole eggs in a day. I hope thats not messing with my BP.

please check my height as well. I think 65 kg for a 5.6 is at a higher side. For your information, I am working out since 4 years now and my diet is also pretty clean. Striving to get on stage at 70 kgs in near future. I request you to help rather than acting smart here.

143lbs at 5 6 still isnt impressive unless you are in stage shape but its your call
 
Anyone who cycles should have a Blood Pressure monitor, Headaches are caused by a number of things, I like to take a BP or Goody powder(3) before training, the caffeine gies me energy to go all out, also the caffeine opens up those small capitalaries to allow more blood flow and oxygen the aspirin will be able to trAvel thru to help eliminate those annoying headaches.

Thanks bro...I will be checking my BP if it happens again.....and if BP is the problem, I will add aspirin before working out..

I checked my BP today. It was 10 points higher on both the sides. I clouldnt tell the doctor about the cycle. but i told her about my supps. She said it might be due to increased caffien intake. the headache was also mild today while working out as compared to yesterday. I think it might be due to the enanthate kicking in. Please let me know what should i do.

Some things you need to do......Drinks lots of water /Cranberry juice, Taurine, flaxseed extract, fish oil and liver protectors.
Also some cardio 3 time a wk will help lower Blood Pressure.
 
Many Thanks Radar...i drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fish oils as well, liv 52 (4 tabs). I do cardio just once a week and no idea which food/ supp gives taurine.... I think my pre workout has taurine in it. when i checked last my BP was normal but a mild headache while lifting heavy weight still persists.
 
You might be drinking alot but your body might not be retaining the fluids so you just piss it out causing a bit of dehydration. Couple things, you can up sodium, but if you do that increase your potassium as well so bp stay regulated or drink something with alot of electrolytes. My go to is usually coconut water.
 
I was having this same issue on test. Trial and error i found out its dehydration. Gotta up the water intake. I find that if i drink a half gallon of water within the first 3 hours of waking up and drink another gallon throighout the rest of the day i have no headaches. Also, taking arimidex will lessen the amount of water weight you're carrying which will lessen the amount of water you need to drink to stay hydrated. Could also be blood pressure from high estrogen. Get on some arimidex
