hcg (pregnyl)

ok, ive been reading about this and im still unsure on a feww things. Ive never used HCG during post cycle (stupid i know), but these amps are 5000 ius,(powder) with another amp of solvent. i know i gotta mix the shit, but i dont wanna do 5000 ius at once. THe plan is to do 1000 ius eod for a couple weeks...ok, so question is this, can i take an old 10ml cyp bottle, pop off the rubber top, boil it and put the top back on and transfer the mixed solution to this vial? then draw out the desired amount??....thanx dudes

Ususall pregnyl is taking like One every 5-6 days. Start off with 3000 IU in the last week of your cycle, then another 3000 about 5 days later, then 1500 5 days later and another last 1500 6 days after.

bro why didnt you get the 1500 ius instead of the 5000ius,

Some people also take 5000 iu a week for two weeks if it was a heavy cycle.

I think you can do that and just take what you need after mixing it.

just buy a new 5ml vial and use that.

Use 5ml bacteriostatic water to mix with the 5,000IU of powder. Fill 5 syringes with 1ml each. Shoot one and store the other 4 in the refrigerator until needed.

As long as bacteriostatic water is used, the reconstituted HCG will last up to 1 month in the refrigerator.

Yeah, I just shoot the water into the powder amp, then draw it all out and put it in a new, sealed, sterile vial, and store that in the fridge.

what the hell do I do with the solvent ??? throw it away?
hehe, yea...i bet there are people that would pay 20 bucks an amp of the solvent, just so long as you told them it was some banging gear....

No! It's just "sterile water". Bac water is the only way to go. Keeps for at least a month in the fridge. When mixing though, make sure that when you inject the water into the powder vial that you release the syringe plunger. You want to equalize the pressure in the powder vial prior to injecting more water. You want to inject about a cc of water at a time to avoid pressurizing the powder vial. And again, between each cc release the plunger. It will rise in response to the increased presure in the vial. This effectively relieves that pressure. It's the opposite of how we draw our juice from the vial.

Hope this helps......

The solvent is just bac water, isn't it?

Depends on the manufacturer; Pregnyl actually uses bacteriostatic water as the solvent.

Some brands use just isotonic water (saline).

Dont use for PCT. Use it for the last 5 weeks of your cycle, Mix your 5000iu HCG as usual, then draw it into a 100iu slin pin. Use 500iu(10iu) monday and the same on friday for the last 5 weeks of cycle to bring your boys back, stop HCG the Friday before PCT starts then use clomid, nolva, trib ect for PCT.

I have seen this over and over. Is hcg to be used during or after cycle?? What factors determine during or after?

Do you have raisins or grapes mid-cycle?

Well math wasn't my strong point either, but lets see if we can do this together:

5000iu in 1ml of solvent-you want 500iu per shot SO
5000iu divided by 500iu= 10

Now if you look at a 1cc insulin syringe it is nicely divided up in units 10, 20 30etc
just draw 10 Uor 1/10 of a cc and that will give you 500iu of hcg

yeah , no need to shoot all that much hcg.
just do 500iu, 3 times a week for 2 weeks following your last shot (if it was long ester gear) then start your nolva/clomid or whatever pct you are going to do

IMO HCG should be used before the end of every cycle and not during PCT due to the rise it causes in estrogen. Witch should be lowerd durning PCT with the use of armidex, nolva, clomid raise test levles.

I don't get much shrinkage until after the 12 week point.

Just noticed the solvent amps are 1ml and the powder amp is 5000iu

So, I have to bust open 5 of these 1ml solvent amps to mix with only one powder amp?

LOL! Damn sorting thru mounds of conflicting info here. After checking my stock out this has to correct because my solvent amps = powder amps. One poster said mix 5000iu powder with 5 ml of solvent, which I believe is wrong. Process of elimination tells me to mix 5000iu in 1ml solvent??

I have the exact same thing as you and am confused as hell about it. The solvent amp looks like 1ml so I'm thinking of splitting it into 5 .2ML injections. Each .2ML injection will be 1000IUs.

What do you think?

As long as you keep track of what you're doing so that you know the end doseage, you can add any amount of water that you want. The "solvent" in a Pregnyl kit is bacteriostatic water. You can buy vials of bac. water, all the research chem supply places have it. It's also good to have a backup supply of water in case you mess up opening one of the solvent amps.

Exactly, if you purchase bacteriostatic water (from one of the spnsors like fina farm) then you can reconstitute with 5ml and you won't have to dick around with 0.2ml injections.
