Breasts are fat, fat isn't firm. If a female wants her breasts to grow, tell her to gain a lot of fat. Then, her breasts (along with everything else) will get bigger. Likewise, if a female wants to lose breast size, typically when they lose fat, their breasts will reduce too.

Other than that, surgery is the only option. Just one of those things that God gave you and you can't change naturally.

Speedfreak, that cycle you have listed there is pretty heavy for a female, hell, its pretty good for a male, no sides from it?

It's for me, I am a damb near 26yrd male.
