hcg end of cycle use?

Im 23 yrs old 200lbs 11% bf
On week 13 of 16 of equipose 500 mg weekly 550mg test cypionate weekly. Going to stop equipose at week 15 to allow it to clear.
should i wait 10 days after last shot of test cyp. to stary pct?

Now to the hcg question im planning on using 3500 iu this wed. and 1500 twice a week after that untill week 16. The reason i'm using this high of a dose is i read you should multiply 40 by the number of days you've been on and that gives you the dosage. Also my anabolic 2000 book says to use 3000 iu to start.

How does my plan sound?

oh im using sustain and nolvadex for pct

when the cycle is over do 10 days hcg 1000ius every other day then role right into pct with Testosterone Recovery Stack and 25mg ed clomid if you like.
