Around 5'10, Weight is 242 at about 6% right now.
Incline Bench- 385 for 2 reps
Squat - 585(6 plates) for 2 reps(2 hard fought reps)
Dead- 600 for 2 reps
Nothing spectacular, but its good for me and I'm happy with it.
Not a fan of the flat bench to be honest, maybe could get 405 once, not sure, talk about pain.
I max maybe once every 4 months. peace
