Havn't lifted weights in 2 months now...

I hurt my right wrist by either weight lifting or at work... I can't bend it back very far and now it's just starting to piss me off

Doc says it's probably just a ligament and took x-rays of my wrist just in case it was bone related (wasn't related). I have lost a lot of weight already (hard gainer) and I was just wondering....

Has anyone had a similar problem for a long time like this and it not healing? Did it just take a lot of time or did you do something to get it healing faster?
 
If you can rub one out with that hand you're good to go. Test it out.. if you need some viewing inspiration Tweakle's dip video is only a few threads down.
 
Doc said to keep any pressure off of it. Even with a pulling action the wrist doesn't stay fully straight. I just started a leg workout though with squats, leg curls, calf raises.

Oh and Kabeetz...I use my left hand instead
