I can't figure this out. Not when i was doing a ton of cardio but after a couple of months of added weights to it and changing some things in my diet, about once every 2 weeks i get like a gas build up, or that's what it feels like for about 20 minutes. Its has a tendency of getting pretty painful. Not sure why this has started happening. Possibly something I'm eating... some suggestions please.
