having a hard time opening sust amps...

whats up guys i am running a sust cycle and these amps r such a pain to open there are no lines or hole to pop it off nicely i sit here with a nife and saw at it then like try to break it off sometimes ends up busting in my hand such a pain to keep doing any1 have any ideas/tricks to opening these easier... thx for the help please post sugestions...

Go to your local auto parts store and get a points file, it's cheap and will last forever. saw around the head of the amp until it pops of easy.

The only amps I've had problems with are the Nile Susts! Those are a pain in the ass to open.

Years ago when I couldn't get anything but sten, I drilled a hole in a board slightly larger than the diameter of the amp and not quite as deep as the neck. Didn't have to file the amp or anything. Just insert and snap that sucker off. (Have the hole pointing up so that you don't spill.)
