Have you ever noticed pro bodybuilders when they hit back double biceps?
They always have big gut? But why? When they hit this I feel that they did it intentionally.
I know it is resulted from using much insulin and HGH but their guts seem fine when relaxed. But why they always have to stretch their guts when hitting back double biceps?
