I've done it... YES it hurts! Happened when I had to whiz outside, and was rushing not to get caught, and had not undone my belt. But that wasn't as bad as when I was about 13, and was trying to pee quietly in an RV with people asleep a foot away, so I was kneeling and the seat fell shut! Rupture of the corpus cavernosum !
