Honestly, yes. If price were no issue I'd buy cell-tech. But the truth is you're not going to feel or see any difference with either product.

Just wanted to clarify - I don't think you'd see any difference between these products...
 
It is better to focus on building quality muscle rather than just trying to gain weight. You need to give it time.

hey bro these other panseys dont want to say it but i will.i just started taking 30 mg of d-bol and in two weeks ive put on 10 pounds of mass, i feel better than ever & chicks r starting to notice me . my cock in a force to be reckoned with and it does not take any prisoners .
 
Dude, 6 meals a day is not far too much. Add a meal (snack) a day and after awhile you get used to eating, if you cant eat you will NEVER GAIN WEIGHT PERIOD, especially if you are predisposed to being skinny guess what? You will have to eat more than the average person in order to gain or maintain weight.

If youre absofuckinlutely desperate, eat ice cream, lots of it, 2246 calories per half gallon of my own favorite mint chip.

What do you mean you need to "gain weight fast", are you talking months or what? What in hell for might I ask? It is unhealthy for one thing to gain weight terribly fast, but you act like your going to die if you dont, but you refuse to eat to get there, that is why MANY PEOPLE NEVER GET BIG, BECAUSE THEY WON'T EAT RIGHT.

Just offering you some realistic advice man, weight comes from what you eat, not the air you breath, not the water you drink, and anything you stick in your ass to help move you along will help shuttle what you eat to MUSCLE but not if you can't get the protein you need you are going nowhere fast.

These are all in my opinion of what I think you should do:

1. Ditch the Cell Tech. Use the Phos HP. But also get creatine mono by itself so that you can add the creatine needed without the sugar, but be sure to read the label on the back and make sure it does not have sugar in it.. just creatine. That way you can take on more creatine. Use the creatine mono in the morning and before bedtime. Then use the Phos HP+Creatine Mono pre-workout. (I am not making this shit up.. I am doing this currently after I have decided to go natural after doing cycles).

2. Get your hands on some L-Glutamine Powder and mix it with your creatine when you take those.

3. Try to stay away from the simple carbs and concentrate on taking in complex carbs. I will give you an example of my diet currently (I am bulking):

8am Cereal 1 Cup of Milk Plus Serving of Creatine and Glutamine
10am I slice of whole wheat bread, 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
11-1pm Class
1:15 1 pre-made hamburger patty, 1 and a half cups of pasta, one half cup of pasta sauce
3:30pm 1 bag of Uncle Bens Brown Rice
4:15pm 2 servings of Whey Protein, Phos HP, Creatine Mono, Glutamine
4:30pm workout
6pm Post workout- Weight Gainer with Fat Free Milk, 2 Serving of Whey Protein added
7:30pm 2 lean steaks, assorted vegtables
9pm Snack- 1 spoon of peanut butter
10:30 2 servings of Whey Protein, 1 serving of Creatine Mono, 1 serving of L-Glutamine, ZMA, 2 capsuls of Omega-3-6-9(borage, fish, flax capsuls)

That is just an example of a day in my diet. I take in 3500 to 4000 cals a day, 450-500g Carbs, 300-350g Protein, and let the fat lay where it will. The reason being is that you have to eat a little unheathy to gain muscle weight. You can worry about the fat when you trim down. If you really want to gain weight, place your cardio at 10mins prior to workout and 10mins post workout.. just enought to keep that heart working a little better than if you did none at all.

Also skinnyboy, you need to do some reading on diets and such and not rely mere on this board for your answers. Do some searches on things you have questions. If not... start reading some magazines or check out a book at the library. Also, alot is going to be trial and error as to what your body adapts to and grows to, and only you can find that out, we can't here at EF. What is good for one person is not neccessarily good for another.

You are a dumb motherfucker. A dbol only cycle will give you some gains but good luck keeping them. Stupid uneducated fucks like you have no idea what they are talking about and don't even belong in a gym.

LOL! i always see 'em in groups of 3 or 4 talking loud and grunting trying to psych each other up for their lifts (usually with sloppy form)
